The MAIA Capacity Building Programme has been conceived as a dedicated initiative as part of the MAIA discovery services aimed at empowering innovators/early start-ups to progress their climate solutions towards successful commercialisation. The programme seeks to enhance business value by fostering essential competencies, deepening understanding of climate innovation, and enabling long-term strategic planning and informed decision-making.

It consists of five 5 self-paced, pre-recorded modules, delivered in English, facilitated by Horizon Nua. Specifically tailored for start-ups and innovators engaged in climate adaptation, the programme provides practical knowledge and applied learning to support the scaling of innovative solutions. Each module features a 30-minute instructional session, offering a structured yet flexible learning experience designed to accommodate a variety of professional schedules.
Through this initiative, participants will gain critical insights and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of market entry and growth, thereby enhancing the real-world impact of climate innovation emerging from the Horizon programme.
